Four days after the elections, the rage continues. If giving the Democrats a hiding was supposed to soothe the electorate, something has gone wrong. It – or rather the Democrat reaction to it – appears simply to have made things worse.
To the rest of the world, it might have seemed that President Obama’s press conference after the defeat was an admission of personal failure. But it wasn’t: what went wrong was the economy’s fault, he argued – and, by extension, it was the fault of the electorate for not seeing that.

That line makes me wonder about everything else contained in the column.
Heifer seems to be a Clinton supporter, from my reading of the column. Many in the lib establishment have comented on Clinton being very popular, meaning what Heifer says doesn’t make it irrational, given where he’s coming from. Thus, I think the article accurtely reflects the thinking of a lot of Clintonoids and presages a huge, bitter struggle the DemonRats are going to have over their 2012 nominee.
... that and the fact that they seem to think that Mrs. Clinton can remain as SecState for up to another year. Presidential campaigns take 2 years to germinate. Mrs. Clinton will be resigning after the Holidays... bank on it.
The line that bothered me is the one before it: She has time on her side.

If the pubbies put up another McCainiac that won't call her out, then she might have a chance.
If they put up somebody that will point out all her lies, corruption and failures, then they just might have a chance.
That would be great. Pelosi, Reid, and zero still in leading headlines. Zero’s refusal to repeal obamacare, and then a bruising nomination process that either makes the clintonista part of the party hacked, or the blacks.

I have spoken to Phil Berg via telephone numerous times. His ineptitude and lack of any real motivation spoke volumes. Each time I called, I left the conversation more deflated.

I posted a link to the Nat. Geo. website containing a trailer for that show about a week ago with the same comment. Never before have they done such an infomercial for any SOS, even a president. They wouldn’t have done it without full approval from on high. She’s going to try to take him out, probably with well timed, unattributable leaks of his most damaging personal records, and then run to pick up the pieces. Give your daughter my praise for her political smarts.
