Good grief...that dress with all the seams is what we used to call a "muslin"--a fitted design put together on a dressmaker's form in order to take apart and use as pattern for another garment with real fabric.

Any sewers here, old-school dressmakers who know their way with a french curve and a sewing machine?

This is like a joke that a designer is playing on MO.

I’m from the old school. That gray dress would have failed my junior high home ec class. PS, I know french curves AND seams.
