Most of the Phelps crew are lawyers. They sue anyone who does anything against them. I wouldn’t put it past them to sue the family of the fallen soldier for over the tire slashing.
Anybody can sue anybody, winning in court is another matter. With no legal way for the ‘Burros to force an investigation of who was responsible (McAlester chief of police: “Tire slashing? What tire slashing?”), the good ole Okie rednecks will force the Westie boys to royally get lost.
