Senate Bill 510, believed to be coming to the floor Wednesday, November 17 (pending). This is the food safety version of ObamaCare. Reading the thing will make your head hurt for all its cognitive dissonance. Trying to winnow out its complexity and hidden empowerments is stultifying.

Nullification by the states is no longer an option. It must be individuals who refuse to obey. Like the latest hero, John Tyner.

Time for a smackdown

This country is doomed -- because we always convince ourselves that it is NOT YET time for a smackdown, and there is some other way to fix things. We will think that as the lights go out.

We need an administration that will dismantle most of the Federal Bureaucracy.

Yeah I thought it was quaint how Obama compared the bright lights of S. Korea to the darkness of N. Korea as our own towns and cities go dark to save money.

Under S.B. 510’s House counterpart bill, H.R. 2749 (Section 133b, “Authority to Prohibit or Restrict the Movement of Food”), sponsored by Congressman Dingell, the Secretary of Health and Human Services will have the power to prohibit all movement of all food within a geographic area.

Navigating legislation is such a maze. I think this is the final House vote on the bill tho:

My (R) congressman voted for it.

It imposes Codex Alimentarius on the US, a global system of control over food. It allows the United Nations (UN), World Health Organization (WHO), UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the WTO to take control of every food on earth and remove access to natural food supplements.

It would end US sovereignty over its own food supply by insisting on compliance with the WTO, thus threatening national security.

“Seven out of twelve co-sponsors are Republicans”. Agenda 21 stuff, the bought and paid for puppets will do as they’re told. The gov’t will have control of every aspect of our lives and there’s nothing the establishment Rs are going to do about it.

p.s. I wonder if BOzo’s Food Safety Tsar is still one of the scumbags from Monsanto? Dear God when are we going to wake up? It seems hopeless.

"Control Food = Control People"

Getting tough to know where to take a "martial" stand - we would only get one.
Do we "let 'er rip" defending our backyard gardens, or do we wait until it gets more dire still?
What good is our firearms if we allow ourselves to be starved out (eventually)?
