Good idea. I suggest that be done on November 24th at airports across the Nation. That sort of activist protest of TSA would be sure to get plenty of MSM TV coverage.

You do that, and if you survive the riots caused by travelers just wanting to get to their destinations on the biggest travel day of the year, you would justifiably be sued for many millions of dollars for people's lost vacation and travel expenses.

You would have families traveling with children calling for the TSA to shoot you on the spot. I would be surprised if some protester didn't get beaten to death with a stroller by a mother who snapped from the stress.

Dealing with the new procedures while traveling over the holidays may very well get the public upset enough to demand Congress and the administration make changes. However, if instead problems get blamed on protesters making a mess of things and making life hell for travelers rather than letting them make up their own minds about the procedures, the public will likely have considerable sympathy for the TSA and the issues they have to face.

If you are upset with the TSA, don't protest in such a way that makes life hell on your fellow travelers and harms the airline industry even more. If you do, you will alienate allies and give credibility to the TSA's claims that they have a difficult job to do, and the procedures are an unfortunate result of having to deal with both dangerous and unreasonable people.

Seriously, all men should take a viagra on the way to the airport (if they are gonna grope- surprise them) women? Work on your best meg ryan ‘when harry met sally’ impersonation. There are more of us then them, and they need to realize that.

http://www.foxnews.com/world/2010/03/24/terrorists-use-explosives-breast-implants-crash-planes-experts-warn/

Female homicide bombers are being fitted with exploding breast implants which are almost impossible to detect, British spies have reportedly discovered.

The shocking new Al Qaeda tactic involves radical doctors inserting the explosives in women’s breasts during plastic surgery — making them “virtually impossible to detect by the usual airport scanning machines.”

MI5 has also discovered that extremists are inserting the explosives into the buttocks of some male bombers.

I wonder if perverts will start flying more just so they can be groped by TSA?

That's my dream for the holidays!

What we need is about a 100,000 people who don’t care if they miss a plane - or can go to the airport long before their plane leaves - to all descend on Reagan in DC and refuse to be photographed but will put up with a grope.

Traffic at Reagan would come to a halt since the grope takes so long (been there, now engaged).

BO & Big Sis appear very scared of what is going to happen on November 24th, National Opt Out Day.

A great alternative to body scanners at airports
The Israelis are developing an airport security device that eliminates the privacy concerns that come with full-body scanners at the airports.

It’s a booth you can step into that will not X-ray you, but will detonate any explosive device you may have on you. They see this as a win-win for everyone, with none of the whining about racial profiling. It also would eliminate the costs of long and expensive trials. Justice would be swift. Case closed!

You’re in the airport terminal and you hear a muffled explosion. Shortly thereafter an announcement comes over the PA system: “Attention standby passengers — we now have a seat available on flight number ____. Shalom.”

There is, and probably will be, an arms race where the dogs know nothing yet about the odor of the explosive du jour.

There's going to be an arms race no matter what we use, dogs or scanners.

That's why overly relying on screening is foolish. The key is to catch the terrorists before they get to the airport. Scrutinizing passanger manifests, profiling, frequent updating of no-fly lists, etc. is the only thing that has a prayer of ever working.

If they had the option of going through security nude without being goped or irradiated, I'd take it.

I don't mind people looking at my junk so long as they don't touch it.

We the People need to hit TSA with Lawsuits and Indictments all across the Nation.

Absolutely. We should 'sarah palin' them with endless lawsuits, never let up. Just keep hitting them. Eventually the money for defense will start to dry up, even if they try to use taxpayer dollars for defense, eventually it will get shut down or defunded.

But we shouldn't just hit the TSA organization - we also need to hit individual TSA workers. Charge them with sexual battery and emotional distress. Make them pariahs in their neighborhoods as once you are accused of sexual molestation that's a hard rap to break. If enough of them have to fight these charges personally (most on a salary less than 50k a year) they'll quit or work on changing things themselves.

Then we must hit the airports. Not the airlines, the AIRPORTS. Because BY LAW the airports DO NOT have to hire the TSA. They con contract privately. So we sue them also as accomplices, aiding and abetting molestation and assault on their property, and causing emotional stress. If enough of us do this after having been groped by these goons the airports will cave also. They have to.

I think this is the way to win this if Congress refuses to step up to the plate. Freeper attorneys what say you? Is this doable?
