Bingo! Allowing homosexuals to serve openly will lead to militant gay cliques in the military, will drive out heterosexuals and will turn the military into a politically correct political instrument.
We are so stupid falling for non issues. Why should anyone in the military be talking about what they do with a homosexual sex partner? Why should that issue matter to our military?

You're correct. And, if memory serves, Clinton vetoed this twice before. He only signed it because there was a veto-proof majority the 3rd time around.
This is why when defending the US Constitution according to their oaths, military officers MUST confront whether their Commander-in-Chief is Constitutionally qualified for the job. If he is not, then they themselves become the weapon a tyrant uses AGAINST the Constitution and the American people.
