Condoning any of those hideous TSA actions because the boy was not naked shows how blind you are, how bereft you are of any sense of morality.
Send this film to the politicians and complain loud and clear...THEY MUST HEAR FROM US..WE HAVE TO FIGHT EACH AND EVERY ATTEMPT TO ATTACK WE THE PEOPLE...KEEP THE PRESSURE UP AND DON’T STOP...FREEDOM IS NOT FREE!

However, go back and watch. After the agent put the shirt back on in a “kind, loving manner”, he, a complete stranger patted the boy around the waist and on his head as if to say, imply, whatEVER, “good boy”.
Something I’d have done as a mother. At home. Alone.
And the other agents all stopped what they were doing to watch.
Why? Why not keep the cattle, I mean, the line of people moving?
WHY was the child pulled out of line in the first place????
It’s my understanding that that bill is in trouble, some dem is not cooperating, possibly the result of November’s electoral shock and awe event. We can hope.

I have a 3 year old girl and 7 year old boy. Parents spend so much time teaching them to be wary of strangers. We teach them that their body is theirs, and that their “privates” are private. We teach them that that only parents and doctors can see or touch them there if there is a medical problem.
Then, we are going to go to an airport and teach them that any schlub in police like uniform has the right to touch them all over?
I think not.
Let’s be really clear. These are not law enforcement officials. They are administrative officials performing administrative searches. This is not a police officer performing a law enforcement search due to probable cause or arrest. This is not a medical doctor performing a required medical procedure.
These are f_cking bureaucrats in a unifrom that is supposed to make people believe they are cops, so that we will do as told.
I know case law says that REASONABLE administrative searches can be required. What I haven’t been told is where in the law it says that administrative searches supercede sexual battery laws.
Further, as a parent I have no right to say “sure touch my kids genitals” other than for medical and hygene reasons. Without a law giving these bureaucrats the right to touch children’s genitals, they are LITERALLY molesting children.
Finally, if and when someone tries to pat down my kid(s), I will say no and I will demand to see a background check on anyone that wants to touch my child. I will also demand to have my phone so I can look up that person on the child molester registry.
I will teach my children that their bodies are their own, and I won’t let anyone grope them... damn the consequences in the short term.
We must send this film to every damn politician we know, and we must complain loud and clear that this form of “protection from terrorists” be stopped and other measures, like profiling for instance, be implemented. The Israelies’ system has worked for them and their track record is excellent, and this is just one suggestion. We must grab the attention of our politicians by being loud and vocal and telling them to knock it off...we will not be humiliated or harrassed, and they must implement a system other than what they're trying to shove down our throats, and after the elections, no less.
Do not allow yourselves to become mind-numbed to being treated like sheep in such a shoddy manner...this is the USA, and I'll be damned if I'm going to be treated like a terrorist, while muslims laugh at us, and our government ignores better methods of keeping our country safe.
I agree with you. Next month I am flying with my youngest boys. We fly out of an airport without the scanners, but we fly back through an airport WITH them. I refuse the radiation AND the patdowns for my children, and I will leave the airport and rent a car and drive home, regardless of fines, if they threaten to do ANYTHING more invasive than a general wanding like you get for a sporting event.
There are so many alternatives that would actually WORK: sniffer dogs, profiling behavior, paying attention to the No-Fly list. They have enough at their disposal to do the max to keep us safe, without obliterating our 4th Amendment privileges which were given us by G-d!!! NOT BY OBAMA!!!
