So, we have a choice - be treated like cattle and let the gov't poke our privates and abuse/humiliate us, or pay a $11K fine and face arrest. Time to Opt Out!

It appears the TSA fiasco is not being linked to Obama.

According to Rasmussen Obama’s negatives are not getting worse.

“”The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 27% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -13”””

This is way out of hand and needs to be stopped.

The Sentinel reported that the ACLU is urging Americans to petition the Department of Homeland Security to change the policy. In a statement, the group said, .... Just keep it up....keep it up. Maybe you won't get a 'petition' next time...... maybe "re-petition" of a different nature.

All men should show up in kilts with no underpants.

All women should wear a dress or skirt, also sans underpants to the airport.

The ladies should rig a mouse trap close to their genitals.

No, we have another choice - not to fly. Hit them where it really hurts - ticket $ale$.

Reports are the TSA folks don't like this either. So humiliate them, and let them add to the pressure to end this idiocy.

Bombs in body cavities have already been used and this won't detect those. So scanning and groping were useless even before they were implemented -- it was all only a way for Chertoff (sp?) to abuse his connections to make more money.

America -- a great idea, didn't last.

This can’t be legal. It’s nuts! They’re going to allow Muslim women to check themselves????? If you’re a regular American, though..... you have no basic rights in your own country!

Some of us have to really save up the cash to buy a ticket. They want to hit those people with a fine they can never pay? Debtor prison is on the way!

ACLU wants it both ways. They usually file a lawsuit, find a friendly judge, and get their way. Not this time? Why?

Sounds like false arrest and/or false imprisonment in my books.

It's time for some serious push-back, I would think that a million or so lawsuits might be a start or maybe official complaints filed for sexual assault, especially on behalf of children.

But what may negate that sort of thing is that travelers knowingly, which might imply that they approvingly enter that system with its inherent abuse in order to travel.

also will not be permitted to simply leave the airport.

Does this not scream of 'it's NOT about security/terrorism'? It's about control - being held hostage!

This can't wait until elected officials scream from the rooftops - which should have been the first day, we must do something.

I think that’s part of the strategy: provoke us until good Americans are the “bad guy” when they snap and can’t take any more.

SHOW ME THE LAW (or Statute) INCLUDING THE "FINE PRINT" which in affect, negates/restricts/usurps--at least--the 1st (Freedom of Speech); 4th (Unreasonable Search and Seizures AND PROBABLE CAUSE); 5th (Due Process); and 9th (Asserts the existence of unenumerated rights retained by the people) Amendments.

I seriously doubt (though one never knows) that Congress gave them that much authority (to basically do whatever they want?) when the TSA was formed!

Meanwhile, the Anti-Christian-Litigation-Union (ACLU) is.... encouraging travelers to...."Write Letters?"

Oh, yeah, I forgot, they are tooooo busy defending the (United States Constitutional) "RIGHTS" of "Enemy Combatants" who are captured in FOREIGN COUNTRIES, while trying to kill our Military!

Ah, can you say "Hypocrites????"

If I have to get an $11,000 fine, I’m gonna earn it. Best thing is for me just to stay away from airports and flying until the TSA and these offensive routines are gone.

There is no where I need to go that I can’t drive. AND I can carry while doing it. FU TSA!
