Bradley Manning for one, plus everyone helping to leak these pieces of secret information. We have far too many foreigners working for our government.

If everyone involved with the recent WikiLeaks can’t be charged for spying — what would it take for anyone to ever be charged?

There is the small matter of territoriality. It did not occur on US soil and Assange is not an American citizen. Its not treason (for Assange) either.
