Strange Cloud Formation (Sacramento CA)

Viewers sent photos of a strange cloud formation over the Sacramento-area skies Wednesday afternoon.

The National Weather Service says the phenomenon is called a “hole punch cloud,” which are frequently caused by passing jets.

I have a photo of one of these on my cell I took last year that is an almost perfect circle. They aren’t as rare around here this time of year.

Some years ago, as my son and I were driving, we heard on Chicago morning radio, an individual being interview about clouds.

I will attempt to paraphrase:

"Dude! Like - it's like the clouds? The clouds - you know dude? The clouds are veiled thought forms of what like people - you know Dude? - like what people have in their heads - and like.........wow!........ the thoughts in their heads become these thought forms in the sky - you know?"

While I was typing this post, I thought to search those words and I came up with this blog called "Clouds are Happy Thoughts.

I guess the meme just won't die.

That’s a contrail from a passenger plane, US Air, I think.

Ya see...This is just like that Missile launch in Californy, where that chem-trail was shaped like a con-trail but in reality was an optical lusion, that appeared to be going up but was actually going down and eastbound across the 405 freeway towards Chino...
