Why I Support the Ryan Roadmap.(By Sarah Palin)

It also implicitly endorses the use of "death panel"-like rationing by way of the new Independent Payments Advisory Board—making bureaucrats, not medical professionals, the ultimate arbiters of what types of treatment will (and especially will not) be reimbursed under Medicare.

The commission's recommendations are a disappointment. That doesn't mean, though, that the commission's work was a wasted effort. For one thing, it has exposed the large and unsustainable deficits that the Obama administration has created through its reckless "spend now, tax later" policies. It also establishes a clear bipartisan consensus on the need to fundamentally reform our entitlement programs. We need a better plan to build on these conclusions with common-sense reforms to tackle our long-term funding crisis in a sustainable way.

Among the few areas of spending it does single out for cuts is defensethe one area where we shouldn't be cutting corners at a time of war. Worst of all, the commission's proposals institutionalize the current administration's new big spending commitments, including ObamaCare. Not only does it leave ObamaCare intact, but its proposals would lead to a public option being introduced by the backdoor, with the chairmen's report suggesting a second look at a government-run health-care program if costs continue to soar.

It also implicitly endorses the use of "death panel"-like rationing by way of the new Independent Payments Advisory Boardmaking bureaucrats, not medical professionals, the ultimate arbiters of what types of treatment will (and especially will not) be reimbursed under Medicare.

The 'twitterverse' is already alive on this Palin article:

CNBC's Jim Pethokoukis:

So, in a blink, Palin has a fully formed economic agenda, and a sweep one at that

Thanks to Sarah Palin, the Ryan Roadmap is now the floor for any GOP candidate's agenda

Allahpundit at HotAir:

Whoa: Palin comes out in support of Paul Ryan's roadmap http://tinyurl.com/33xstjp

Speaking of Palin, I can't get to any pro-palin site:

www.conservatives4palin.com, www.palintv.com, sarahpac, etc. Apparently the Wiki-bots all all for Free Speech except that which is critical of them.

I can say is WOO-HOO!

GO SARAH! GO PAUL RYAN!

He’s worked so hard and dilligently. His Road Map merits support and now with Sarah Palin’s support in the WSJ, Paul Ryan’s Road Map will get the attention it deserved all along.

Good to hear. It seems they don’t know what hit them. LOL.

Sarah mentioned after the elections it was time for policy. Well now we are getting policy. The commonsense kind.

Sarah Palin is proving that she has the ability to lead this nation through perilous economic storm this nation suffers. That she is looking at Rep. Paul Ryan's Roadmap tells me she is watching those who are the best and will be using his intellectual skills in the future.

It there anyone considering Ryan's candidacy on the national ticket?

If I’m not mistaken Ryan is in line to be the next Budget Chairman. His ideas will be on display then for sure.
