Yeah, but I think the rule is the honoree has to not be among the living any more. So it wouldn’t happen anytime soon.

Ugh. Morning.
My neighbor had her TV cranked up last night, and I finally dozed off about 8:30, but woke again an hour later, and read for a couple of hours, trying to ignore the noise.
I didn’t want to get up this morning. There are several things that need to be done today, but I’m going to concentrate on the ones that take the least amount of effort.

I’m going to get my hair cut today, and also get catsand.
I’m reading an interesting book about Cuba now.

I need to do something with my hair before my son and DIL show up next week. So much of it is falling out that it’s looking really ugly.
Meanwhile, I have to make a path from the front door into the living area. Whatever I can lift will be going outside.
Cuba has always interested me. Of course, LOTS of countries interest me!

The author is a sportswriter from Florida whose father and uncles owned restaurants in Havana before the revolution. He’s visiting the ruins, as it were, and some of their old friends who still live in Cuba. A few years ago, when Fidel first got sick. 2006? In the current chapter, he’s visiting La Cabana prison, where they were held after their first attempt to leave Cuba.

Back from the hairdresser, and also the Harris Teeter had cat litter for half price.
Maybe I look a little like Judi Dench, instead of Albert Einstein!

LOLOL! I needed that laugh!!
Not that it's a bad or down day. Just a little dull, taking a pre-training course training course, and have just completed the pre-training course training course training module in preparation for next week's training course.
And surprise teleconference just called for half an hour from now.

Ugh. And morning. Frost on the truck this morning. Studying things on the way out this morning, I think I can get it into the garage, big as it is.
Anyway, gotta go for now.

Sunny, cold and windy. I was out in it, but wish I hadn’t gone.
Nothing else worthy of note. Today, I’m wishing a had something fun to do besides playing with a virtual aquarium. The inhabitants ignore me and the cost is prohibitive, so I don’t do anything that costs “sand dollars.”
I really want to lie down and take a nap but if I do, I most likely won’t sleep tonight. Even 45 minutes’ sleep is enough to set the mind racing for hours. *sigh*
(If I had Miss Daisy back...I could at least drive to St. George for the night.)

Mammals are hanging around me complaining that they’re not being given pizza. We expect them to eat pet food, like lesser creatures? Frank had several pizza and a bath. Anoreth says I look like Judi Dench with my new haircut.
