I am honest - I am the same person in person that I am online. My views expressed here are the same as in the workplace, martial arts dojo, shooting range, amateur radio club, or the employee resource group I am a member of at work.
This does not always make me a popular person no matter what group of people I am with. But such is life...
I have found that trying to understand where the other person is coming from and having a sense of humor helps...
