Call to Action An apparent lie about Obama’s birth certificate
On August 21, 2008, Factcheck.org published an article, Born in the U.S.A. which they claimed contained “The truth about Obama’s birth certificate.” It turns out, however, that this article contains at least one enormous bold-faced lie.
In June of 2008, an image of an alleged Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) issued Certification of Live Birth (COLB) belonging to U.S. Presidential candidate Barack Obama was posted online. In response to speculation that the alleged COLB did not contain a ‘raised seal’ or registrar’s signature, Factcheck.org published this article and in it, they wrote the following (emphasis mine):
“We can assure readers that the certificate does bear a raised seal, and that it’s stamped on the back by Hawaii state registrar Alvin T. Onaka…We even brought home a few photographs.
In the same article, Factcheck.org provided links to photographs of the seal and signature found on the back of Obama’s alleged COLB. However, the photographs of the seal’s emblem and text do not show a “raised seal,” at all, they show an ‘incised seal’ – one that is cut into or impressed into the paper:

“I would have thought that a raised seal seen from the front would look like an incised seal from the back but the author below thinks otherwise. I think a comparison with an Hawaiian COLB known to be genuine would be needed to settle the matter.” - dissectleft.blogspot.
That was my reaction. What? He knew them? Very interesting.
Not only was Abercrombie the only congressman to vote against suspending aid to the Jihadi terror group Hamas it is well documented that he is a member of the Democratic Socialist of America, which he publicly denies. N.B. in the LA Times print edition, it was on page A1 (and below the fold). I think it's significant that this was a Page One story.

Given this sentence, you must believe that he will actually run. I see how Obama could slip by with his undocumented status once. Do you honestly believe he could get away with his questionable natural born citizenship twice?
I suspect that Obama will try to pick his preferred Republican opponent by having George Soros anonymously funnel money to that candidate so that he or she wins the Republican primaries. I suspect that is how the Republicans ended up with John McCain in 2008, a candidate who already had financial ties to Soros through McCain’s Reform Institute.

Hawaii is a “closed records” state, meaning that vital records are available only to those with a direct and tangible interest as defined by statute; hence, they are not subject to disclosure under public records requests.”

This isn’t about getting rid of Obama. Never has been for me. If he is a natural born citizen he has every right to be president. Personally, I would not support any efforts to impeach him.
It’s about the rule of law and the Constitution. Having a usurper as president undermines both.
No court of law and no action of Congress has found Obama to be ineligible to hold office. If any official body had ruled Obama to be ineligible or illegitimately elected and he refused to relinquish the office, then he would be a usurper.
1) Fact: Citizens have politely asked Obama to prove with the best evidence that he is a natural born citizen. Some have been military officers.
2) It is a **simple** matter to prove one’s natural born citizenship. A **real** American natural born citizen and president would be HONORED to do that.
3)Fact: Obama refuses.
4)Fact: No wonder such large percentages of the population have questions! I bet our nation's enemies do, too!
Well...Since it’s soooooo straight forward and above board, release the long form birth certificate and few other common but key documents.

A certified birth certificate is nothing more than a certified record which contains: Place of birth, hospital of birth, attending physician.
What is so important about obama’s certificate that has required a teams( at a cost of over 2 million dollars) of attorneys fighting since January 2008 to make sure that a copy never is released to the public?
A reasonable person would assume that there is something about that “document “ that obama can never allow to be released.

There is NO evidence that Obama was born in Kenya other than a forged internet document that got the dates of Kenya’s becoming a republic wrong and turned out to be a copy of an Australian man’s birth certificate.

I guess under the omegadawn theory, there are no judges in America who are “rational persons.”
A grand jury investigation would allow for Obama’s birth records to be subpoenaed, it would allow testimony from officials in Kenya, Indonesia and Hawaii, and it would allow document authentification experts to examine Obama’s original birth records. In the nearly four years since Obama announced his intention to run for President (February 10, 2007) no one has bothered to convene a grand jury investigation and since Watergate, every investigation of the presidency has been conducted by a Grand Jury.
On the other hand I can certainly imagine today’s Dem movers and shakers all being part of a close knit group of commies/socialists/whatever.
