I went back and looked at it and there wasn’t a single thing about the coverage/non-coverage/opinions/etc. of conservative radio hosts/commentators/editorialists. So, again, dragging this issue in is a distraction and attempted hijack of the thread.

I have tried 4 times now to post there. Some problem, for some reason....

Here’s what I tried to post. I will also send it to the author of that woefully misinformed, inaccurate piece:

The Hawaii DOH has indirectly confirmed in 3 different ways now through official communications that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery. They have

1) made a statutory admission that Obama’s birth certificate was amended in 2006. Amendments are required to be noted on genuine COLB’s but no note is made on the Factcheck COLB;

2) stated that BC#’s for Oahu births have always been given by the HDOH on the “date filed”, which reveals the incompatibility between the Factcheck BC# and “date filed”, since it was supposedly given a number higher (later) than the Nordyke twins’ BC’s even though it was “filed” 3 days earlier; and

3) revealed the official DOH seal, which is different than the seal on the Factcheck COLB.

When Fukino made her statements she never said that they have a LEGALLY VALID BC for Obama. That is because an amended BC has no automatic probative value. Hawaii cannot say where Obama was born - only where the BC CLAIMS he was born, and that’s exactly what Fukino’s July 2009 statement said.

There is no legally valid record of Obama being born in Hawaii - ACCORDING TO THE HDOH ITSELF. This has nothing to do with bias against Hawaii. It has everything to do with the facts.

Again, you can always tell what people are trying to hide by the way they try to hide it.

This weenie is hoping that his "head on" attack will be the "proof" while not actually providing any.

The best thing to do is to start requesting a copy of the COLB all over again, just like right after he was elected. Inundate the records office and the governor's office with requests.

When you boil it down, there's not a damn thing he can do to stop the "birthers" except produce the (real) document. Otherwise, he has no power whatsoever.

Especially since all the “vital records” Fukino referred to when she made her July 2009 announcement are supposed to disclosed to anybody who asks to see it, according to Hawaii law.

It is a bunch of total bullcrap that they CAN’T disclose those records. Since July 2009 they are REQUIRED to disclose them.
