Russian lawmakers gave preliminary approval Friday to an arms agreement with the United States, but signaled they would slow progress on the so-called New START treaty to a crawl after it was rushed through Congress earlier this week with some 11th-hour arm-twisting by President Obama.

We have a POTUS called Carter Chamberlain who's being manhandled, dismissed and shouted at by despots, dictators, homosexuals, unions, illegal aliens, etc. However, he was supposed to "reset and improve" our status in the world to gain the respect we're due.

But they can't be trusted in positions of power, most of them are men haters. Most of them don't really understand the God given difference between the two sexes. If they can't make good decisions when it comes to morals and ethics then they can't make good decisions on the command level above others especially if they get to high up the ladder. It will become the ungodly against the Godly in decisions and promotions etc.
They’re just treating Obama like a dog but he’s too stupid to realize it. He brought them a bone and they feign indifference. Then again, maybe the whole thing caught them off guard, figuring the Senate would not be so stupid as to vote for ratification.
