These weapons have the capability to fire cartridges assuming they are in good condition.

Assuming they were owned by criminals, then the criminals have the capability of using them to do great harm.

Can they be traced to the country where they were manufactured. If they originally came from someplace like China or Cuba we should rub the Mexican governments nose in it.

I should hope so. Placing 2 rounds of ammunition in each chamber is so socially awkward. Explaining the missing fingers, scars on the face, all of that...
