FOX-Megan Kelly Interview: Sheriff Dupnick Supplies Evidence for His Own Impeachment?
FOX ^ | 1/9/11 | Megan Kelly

Posted on 01/09/2011 5:42:21 PM PST by drpix

Here's a remarkable video of Tucson Democrat hatchet man Sheriff Dupnik on Fox with Megan Kelly.

Using his office for partisan political attacks and jeopardizing the assassination prosecution.

Lawyering up, when asked about talk of Loughner's prior death threats.

And yet admitting that they were only "fairly recent" and therefore clearly before the crime and arrest of yesterday.

What are the professional standards of that office?

[Great job Megan!]

If the media really wants to improve the “caustic political climate” they may want to start at the White House.

Liberals never take any blame for anything.... Ever!

....he should be commenting on the Facts and the Facts alone, NOT offering public commentary.

Right on. Maybe the dude is auditioning for Robert Gibbs job as presidential spokesman. The sheriff already has Gibbs routine down.

Here are some of Loughner's posts from another board (www.abovetopsecret.com). Each is a single post by Loughner in no particular time order save for the very last. The last one is an exchange between Loughner and another board member.

This other guy tells Loughner that he's a schizo and needs to get help before he hurts himself or others. That post was in July 2010.

So how does some random guy on the internet figure out Loughner's state of mind, and yet Pima County Sheriff Dupnik, or the Pima County Community College, who suspended Loughner UNTIL HE HAD A MENTAL EVAL DONE, do not take action to get this kid involuntarily committed for evaluation? The Sheriff's office had run-ins with him before. They knew he was a whack job. I don't think it takes a great stretch to see why Dupnik is out there blaming everyone except Pima County when it is they who have the most blood on their hands.

The children and teenagers that attend schools are able to buy products at their breaks. Therefore, they’re able to purchase the items out of school. The majority of the population will buy main brands.

If you don’t buy from a main brand then be considered a cheap low class citizen.

This next one is a statement by another user, mordant1, to erad3, telling him to seek help. Then a response from erad3 (date is July 11, 2010):

(mordant1) I have maybe made a mistake is my assessment of your avatar, because for that to be the case, you'd have to be at least somewhat rational, but I think youre frankly schizophrenic, and no that's not an amateur opinion and not intended as an uninformed or insulting remark, you clearly make no sense and are unable to communicate. I really do care. Seek help before you hurt yourself or others or start taking your medications again, please. Maybe, it'd be better for some there be an infinite source of haldol or cogentin then fiat currency.

[edit on 11-7-2010 by mordant1]

reply by erad3 I can occasionally change the avatar into other stick figures for humor. I didn't say anything about an amateur opinion from anyone. I enjoy the concern because of the misspellings of words that occur.

There's trouble with misspelling of words in all posters. This is fine because of the Edit button. Don't stereotype the misspellings of words ! The inductive argument is frightening for scholarly research. Ill get to the location of the currency in the next post. Thank you for the concern.

I don’t know, Shep interviewed the woman who grabbed the clip (the one the sheriff was praising today) and she ended the inteview with an anti GOP and anti-tea party diatribe.

Foolish people you cannot impeach a sheriff, but you can vote the pos out of office.

In AZ, he can be recalled by a vote of the electorate. Not very likely in The People's Republic of Tucson, but hey....

"Foolish people?" What was that all about? Did somebody tick you off?

Don’t need a concealed carry permit to carry concealed in AZ these days. I hope that doesn’t get changed because of this.

She is a great interviewer to ferret out the facts versus opinions and speculation. So glad she is on television. She is a real reporter with a brain.

Love how she nailed him on playing politics as a law enforcement officer with the tragedy and further inflaming a public that is already upset over this incident. He’s doing what he accused the Tea Party of doing. Politics is a loud and active business if everyone is doing their jobs! If the Democrats can’t handle the heat of a democracy, they need to go to a Cuban kkkitchen.

I didn’t further investigate your laws, but in my state it is a civil process..... and can also include criminal charges. Semantics perhaps, but the civil process amounts to removal from office, thus impeachment.

It is a very big deal and complicated to pull off. It is purposely made difficult as the legislators did not want it to be easy to remove a person from office that the voters had placed there.

I have never seen it in my county, but we had a dirty Sheriff in 1979 that was given a choice, impeachment or criminal prosecution OR both.... he resigned, moved to Arizona and went to work selling tires. LOL

We need one in GA and in NC for concealed carry. Check out this link. Is any kind of permit needed?

Is anyone else noticing that no matter what office, or position, or vocation Democrats occupy nowadays, they are being revealed to completely evil, drooling, incompetent morons?

(Paraphrase) Q.- "What is exactly the problem today with these types of events?"

(Paraphrase)A.-The problem is that one party, (the republicans) are trying to block everything the good party (democrats) are trying to get done. I have seen this country change for the past 75 years. I am all for free speech, except those pesky divisive republicans who refuse to accept the democrat oligarch rulings.

While you're rolling on the floor as you laugh out loud, you should probably take a break to check a dictionary - which will most likely inform you that "arrest" and "impeach" are different words, with different meanings.

Just saw this POS A— H—— Sheriff interviewed by Geraldo on fox a few minutes ago, Sunday night. G.R. asked the Sheriff is he wanted to change or modify any of his previous statements blaming Palin for opening the door for causing these attacks, and he seems to be going on the offensive, even making more offensive statements against conservatives. He also came out and vocally aligned himself with the left wing in America and Obama. Time to make a political war against this walking piece of garbage.

Very nice list.... but the media won’t ever question their rebounding messiah.... no they are more intent on taking Sarah Palin and Tea Party memebers to task saying that questioning the wisdom of government take over and Marxist ideological implementation in the USA is hate speech and vitriolic.....

This is the Alinsky method.....
