As I have said hundreds of times on this forum and others: If someone can provide a reasonable, rationale explanation for why Odumba$$ has paid over $2 million dollars in legal fees to avoid providing what nearly every citizen in this country could produce in less than a day, I will continue to believe he is not constitutionally eligible to hold his current position.
Obama gets the bonus with the birth certificate issue of having his opponents come to his defense, like the previous Republican administration in Hawaii did and like so many hard core concservatives are upset at the mainstream conservative media for neglecting this issue. It’s “divide and conquer” and from Obama’s perspective, worth the investment.
“The state of Hawaii says that the President was born there, that’s good enough for me.”—John Boehner, Speaker of the House.
Obama knows that his birth certificate can be released under a subpoena, at any time. A congressional subpoena by the new House majority could have done it on January 3rd.
And thus far, the Republicans are afraid to touch it.
They won't touch it nor the SC. So what can we do? Make the states require it.

While I agree with your assertions, I do not see there being a downside for Republicans asking to provide the document. They can just simply state that they want to “clear up any confusion” regarding the issue, so “we can all move on and work together in a bi-partisan manner” or some other similarly inane blathering nonsense. At this point, the majority of the American public now question his eligibility to hold the presidency; the psychotic liberals (redundant, I know) couldn’t care less if he is eligible or not, as they would support Mao, Stalin, or anyone else pushing centralized state governance.
