As much as I dislike Colmes political positions, he is an intellectual giant compared to Hannity.

No, I was not drunk or in a stupor when I posted Colmes was a intellectual giant compared to Hanniity.

Colmes has or had a radio show late night I used to listen to for lack of anything else to listen to. Though, I disagree with him almost universally, I found the man can make a well thought logical (faulty) reasoned position. He obviously is an intelligent that can make compelling arguments to the unthinking mind (liberals).

It was fairly obvious to me when he was on H&C he was merely a prop to make Hannity look good.

It would be pretty bad for rating if the antagonist (Colmes) part of the team make the protagonist (Hannity) look like a buffoon every night and he would have rather easliy

Face it Sean Hannity looks good, can say the correct talking points, but isn't the sharpest pencil in the draw.

RE :”It was fairly obvious to me when he was on H&C he was merely a prop to make Hannity look good.”

Yes but does he even understand them?

I remember in early September 2008 he was yelling at a Democrat on his TV show claiming the economy was never better(supporting McCain who was forced into taking a similar position.) . Then a few weeks later Hannity was on his show claiming that Republicans not only knew the housing market was going to crash the economy but they warned us of it. Well if he thought that Republicans were warning us about it years earlier why would he be talking up the economy to us only a few weeks earlier than this claim??? Did he get the warning he was talking about? He never mentioned it before the crash, (Techically he may have said Republicans warned congressional Democrats not us.) Both were RNC talking points which is about all he repeats.

Then soon after he was pushing for RINO Steele as RNC chairman. He seemed to LOVE Leiberman AND McCain.
