HONOLULU (AP) -- Five Hawaii Democratic representatives want to pass a law making President Barack Obama's birth records public and charge $100 to see them.

This sounds like the Onion. What are ‘birth records’ anyway? Why not just say, ‘the long form BC’?
This is another non-starter. Traction, yes; it will shed more light on Barry’s secretiveness and shady past. But these 5 pols cannot put the long form BC out there for the public to see and examine. It just won’t happen.
That’s why it’s absolutely critical that we have a state law that requires transaction logs. If they have nothing to keep them from releasing a forgery right now that’s what they will do - right while everybody is paying attention. To create a fever pitch and then unveil a forgery while saying that of course conspiracy theorists won’t believe it would be sheer genius - unless they could get caught for it and spend time in jail.
Timing is critical also. Please, everybody contact your state legislator and ask them to require TRANSACTION LOGS for birth and citizenship records. You could suggest a model bill that’s at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/final-short-form-eligibility-bill1.pdf
I hate pushing and I feel like a nuisance. But I’m very scared that they will tell the lie now, knowing it will never be found out. They could be thinking if they reveal what looks like a genuine long-form it will take the sails out of the state eligibility bills that are on the table right now.
For $100 I want an affidavit that they are not forgeries.

Search warrants can be sealed but are usually available depending on the state. I see no legitimate reason to seal this one as the suspicion and investigation is out in the public and it does not pertain to a minor, but then again its lalala Hawaii...
the big point being if they got a search warrant they had to have probable cause that a crime had been committed and filed a sworn affidavit to a judge outlining the particulars and describing what they were desiring to search for and where..interesting but doubtful

I heard Jerome Corsi this morning and he said the risk of producing a forgery would be huge. He also doesn’t think Obama is playing a game with this because that could really backfire on him.
