The Judge (a trial judge) flat out said that he would and could ignore the highest appellate Court in the State, because it conflicted with his own judgment of the law. If leftists can do this, why can we on the right do the same?

(The judge was protecting non-U.S. Citizens who claimed that they "didn't know" pleading guilty would have affected their immigration status.)

I mistyped the sentence, it should read: "If leftists can do this, why CAN'T we on the right do the same?"

Remember when the libtards went ballistic when Judge Roy Moore defied a federal court order in Alabama? Where are the cries for the removal of this judge that is ignoring the law for the benefit of non-Americans?

Oh wait, the left doesn't have to be consistent.

Loudon County schools this week also required the students to listen to the State of the Union Speech during school hours. No op-out was offered. No rebuttal speech was given. I do not know the classroom discussion that followed, but a previously Conservative thinking and military planning student came home thinking Obama was great and rethinking all he had been taught!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't you love that?

HOME SCHOOL!!

Convictions involving a year or more of jail time can lead to deportation under federal immigration law, but the defendants didn't learn of those repercussions until years later, when deportation proceedings began.

If you were charged with a crime where the punishement was a year in jail, I want them all deported. We have enough home grown criminals in our jails. These "immigrants" should have thought more about their immigration status before committing a crime, lest of all taking a plea bargain. Flush the toilet on thes dirtbags and let them go back to the crapholes they came from. Actions have consequences. Impeach the judge.

Agreed! But meanwhile, the people are stuck spending more on atty fees. The judge should be made to pay the unwarranted fees.

He will be censured as leftists are becoming unhinged as they see their relevance become less and less daily.

Your kid?

If approached calmly, it could be a good lesson to the kid about how easy it is to get fooled by slick politicians with no substance and all lies. With apologies to Mr. Godwin, everyone ought to be able to understand what made, say, the Nazi and fascist regimes tick so well with the people.

With the exception of modern red-tape offenses, most of these aren’t trivial crimes, and if plea bargains were involved the reality was likely even worse.

This loser judge is about to find out the hard way that lower courts can’t overturn higher courts.

“Simply Wrong” is the only defense these idiots can come up with. I remember the governor from NC saying his support for Hillary in 2008 was because “she just gets it”. WHY IS IT “WRONG”? SHE “GETS” WHAT?

My kids attend Loudoun County Public Schools and they were not required to watch the SOTU address during school hours. Maybe it was part of HS govt class, but not Middle School and Elementary.

As a matter of fact, when Obama gave his controversial “address” to school kids last year - the Superintendent (which is a realknuckle head, but he was right on this) did not make it mandatory to watch. My 4th grader watched it and my 7th grader left class.

I lived in Louden County for six years, Im sorry I moved from there.
Not sure what to really think about this.
He is right in his thinking that the SCOTUS got it wrong.
But wrong in ignoring it.

OK, I don’t agree with the need for a trial either, take him out and hang him on the flag pole.

There, justice served.

LOL! You gonna demand equal time with the teachers or are you implying that teachers are actually going to give the class an exercise in critical thinking after the address?

Yes, Loudon Middle school.

The first time notices were sent home and family replied NO.

The last time the school said they forgot to send notices...left it to their honor to do what the family would want.

He opted out and was given an extra assignment and sent to the library. He was taken back to the room after the live speech for all the follow-up “indoctrination” and he was upset then, about both things. His Father contacted the school and they replied that they did not authorize punishment assignments! LOL He did not complete it.

My small Granddaughter was “opted out” here in Florida and she was forgotten in a small outer office for 3 hours, taken home to an empty house and finally returned to the school. She was left in an Unstaffed Nurses Office to wait for family at the end of the day. I would have SCREAMED!

I have no tolerance for these events at all. The young one says “ I don't like a President who will take my daddy's money and give it to other people. He works hard! They can too.”

The 13 year old boy there in VA has showed interest in the Military Academies and career service. He is working on his Eagle Boy Scout Award and completed the Life level. He is no dummy and after I have another 3 months with him this summer he will be back “on track”! I am sure this is a way to “go along” with the other kids. hard age to be different.

If you want to know the exact school we could Private email.
