Interesting it is that not just Gov, but also the Law; only works properly, bottum up, never top down.

Pretty timely of him...taking 7 months to figure it out.

Whose side is he on anyway?

“Chided” is the best he can do? How about hauling their asses into court on a contempt charge and maybe sticking them individually with a $10,000 per day fine? That would carry a lot more oomph than being “chided.”

What the hell is wrong with this country when the government and its personnel can blithely ignore the law with impunity and get merely “chided” for misconduct?

It would have been kind of nice if O’Reilly brought this up in his interview with 0.

This story is dated last Wednesday. It really was Front Page news back then.

"What the hell is wrong with this country when the government and its personnel can blithely ignore the law with impunity and get merely “chided” for misconduct?"

Two things are wrong. (1). Liberals are in charge. (2). Obama is a petty thug, but right now he's a very, very powerful petty thug, who won't allow his enemies to challenge him without attacking back and trying to destroy them. One example is "Joe the Plumber", a powerless citizen who spoke out against Obama and then got cut to ribbons by the Obama machine.

Another example is a cop who arrested a man breaking into a house at night time, and who failed to produce sufficient ID, (he displayed a name card with no address on it). Obama and his machine tore that cop to shreds because he crossed Obama by proxy, (arresting a black man whom Obama knew personally and strongly identified with). Only thing saved that Officer was he turned out to be clean as a clinic and his fellow police stood by him, around the nation. The punks, thugs and perverts Obama has surrounded himself devised a plan to make Obama look like King Solomon whilst the Officer sipped a beer and and still looked like a bad cop to the "minority community". You just don't cross Obama, unless you've not much to lose in the first place.

Further evidence of Obama's misuse of power to destroy his enemies is the fact that he's working feverishly behind the scenes to find a way to silence Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, et al, thereby destroying their careers. What kind of U.S. President says things like: "IF they bring a knife....we bring a gun". Or, "I want you to argue with them and get right in their faces". For those of you from Rio Linda, (as Rush would says), that means, "Don't debate them, bully them".

**** “It would have been kind of nice if O’Reilly brought this up in his interview with 0.” ****

Didn’t watch the interview but since it didn’t hit the News ... BO also didn’t ask him about ... his Birth Certificate, College Transcripts or SSN’s (current # and past #’s and how many he has had and why so many).

BO is still nothing more than a run of the mill Hack.

I know a very intelligent guy who is a hard-core liberal. Hard core. Now, before you say "you're nuts," let me explain: it was one of those cases where the person is extremely skillful in a relatively narrow area; in this case, software development. I worked with the guy for more than a year, and there's no doubt: he's smart, and highly educated, in the area of computer science.

But you couldn't have any kind of argument with him, really about anything, but especially about politics. You couldn't even have a discussion with him, because any discussion turned into an argument in a matter of seconds.

The reason was related to you're observation:

Someone on another site that I go to for fun arguing times against liberals told me that the moratorium was lifted.

The person I'm speaking of would, when confronted with really irresistable evidence of the factual wrongness of something he was asserting, simply make up a "fact" to place himself on the right side of the argument. He would state this "fact" with such utter sincerity, confidence, rectitude, that disputing the statement could only lead to an altarcation which, it being an "at work only" relationship, never happened, and he "won" the argument by default. I say "won" in quotes because, of course, he only won in his own mind, but that was enough for him.

Wake me when the judge stops holding a Dept in contempt, but instead holds specific individuals IN that dept in contempt, starting with the secretary, and jails them until the dept complies with his orders.

More evidence that Leftism is a mental illness.

Great quote, I was thinking the exact same thing myself. Zero’s just going to ignore the judge, the ruling, and the rule of law itself.
