# The nonpartisan analysis of an audit conducted by Ernst & Young on the balance sheets of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for FY2010, was included in HHSs FY 2010 Agency Financial Report, dated November 15, 2010. The audit revealed concerning conclusions, among the many findings were the following:

As of September 30, 2010, the audit identified approximately 102,500 transactions totaling an approximate $1.8 billion that were more than 2 year s old without activity. * Nearly $800 Million Dollars Could Not Be Explained Differing Between HHS Records and Treasury Department Records. If this were a private business, someone would be doing a perp walk.
Maybe it’s time for Congress to hold the Cabinet Secretaries to the same standard.
This definitely deserves an investigation by the appropriate Legal committees.
This is taxpayer money afterall.
If this were a private business, they wouldn’t BE IN BUSINESS after this...
If the money is in limbo then obviously it's not important to Sebelius' cause.
The House Republicans could take that money, declare it surplus and add it to their cuts.
So when will the Indictments be handed down?
Good one. The DC gang is way beyond the law. Law is for citizens not USG, anymore.
You are too harsh kind sir...

And thats just one department
Tip of the iceberg of theft and corruption.
What percent of the $3.5 trillion budget has been stolen?
We need to audit EVERYTHING. Then we need to prosecute the perps with asset forfeiture.
For example, we could start with the Porkulus funds that were spent in NON-EXISTENT CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS AND NON-EXISTENT ZIP CODES. I want to know who cashed the checks.
Rudy Giuliani for Attorney General under Prez Palin.
Hillary Clinton goes to a primary school in New York to talk about the world. After her talk, she has a question and answer period. One little boy raises his hand and Hillary asks him for his name.
And what is your question, Kenneth?
I have three questions: First, whatever happened to your medical health care plan? Second, why would you run for President after your husband shamed the office? And third, whatever happened to all those things you took when you left the White House?
Just then the bell rings for recess. Hillary Clinton informs the children that they will continue after recess. When they resume Hillary says, Okay where were we? Oh, thats right, question time. Who has a question? A different little boy puts his hand up. Hillary points to him and asks him for his name.
And what is your question, Larry?
I have five questions: First, whatever happened to your medical health care plan? Second, why would you run for President after your husband shamed the office? Third, whatever happened to all those things you took when you left the White House? Fourth, why did the recess bell go off 20 minutes early? And fifth, what happened to Kenneth?
