Actually my comment was not so much in Arizona’s court challenges with the law ans I was Øbongo’s callous disregard for adhering to it.

Even more interesting is Section I article 10:

“No state shall, without the consent of Congress, ...engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.”
