Bank of America website exposes customer accounts, data
Jalopnik ^ | 2/12/2011 | Ray Wert

Bank of America's account websites are experiencing an unprecedented online security breach and the bank hasn't fully rectified the problem. That's right, your online financial data and full account access may be in the hands of someone else.

I know this has nothing to do with cars, but I thought it was important enough to write up anyway because I'm sure many Jalopnik readers have money with Bank of America.

You notice we never saw perp walks and remember that story of a Pecora like investigation lol that never materialized. These big global banks got to wipe out a lot of their competition the smaller conservative banks, my little bank told me how their premiums to the FDIC have tripled and they are small but sound for now but this has really hurt them.

The big banks all donated heavily to obama so I doubt we will see any RICO of any kind of prosecution what so ever all we will see is US the taxpayers continuing one way or the other bailing them out. Lloyd Blankfein is a life long democrat he’s another scum bag. Have you heard any mention of them being prosecuted - nope.

“You notice we never saw perp walks...”

“Have you heard any mention of them being prosecuted - nope.”

The proper punishment for these crimes doesn’t include a judge, jury or appeals process; just a steady hand and good aim.

If you are looking for new credit cards, there are some good travel-reward offers out there:

Citibank AAdvantage (American Airline frequent flyer) 75K to 225K bonus miles

Amex Delta Gold 30K to 100K bonus miles

Chase/Continental 50K bonus miles

Chase/Southwest -- 2 free roundtrips

Amex Platinum -- Airport club access

Nothing special about BofA cards.

One more reason I’m glad I don’t bank w/ BoA. I have no use for any business that empowers illegal aliens in any way.

Got to love my small, local home town bank.

I completely agree credit cards too BOA lender to illegal aliens...

“In Los Angeles, immigrants who don’t have credentials to work in the United States can still get a credit card, thanks to a pilot program run by Bank of America. The bank is hoping to tap a fast-growing market by offering credit cards to illegal immigrants without Social Security numbers.”

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=7388709

“The top banks clamoring for their handouts as their profits plummet, led by Wachovia and Bank of America, launched aggressive campaigns to woo illegal-alien homebuyers”

Law Enforcement, aka police, is abbreviated as “LE” on FR (Free Republic) frequently.
