Walker needs to shove his legislation down the unions’ throats hard soon or he will be undermined by the sissy wing of the GOP.

Eh, this isn’t a bad “compromise”, considering the GOP can simply extend the existing bill in 2013 after winning handily in 2012.
I don’t like compromise, but this seems like it could a winner in terms of seeming flexible.

most collective bargaining rights of public employee unions to be eliminated per Mr. Walker's bill but then reinstated in 2013, said Mr. Schultzs's chief of staff Todd Allbaugh. F'in RINOs once again trying to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
Sometimes it seems like they are being bought off by the other side.

The proposal, written by
Sen. Sgt. Dale "I KNOW NUTTING!" Schultz and first floated in the Republican caucus early last week, calls for most collective bargaining rights of public employee unions to be eliminated per Mr. Walker's bill but then reinstated in 2013, said Mr. Schultzs's chief of staff Todd Allbaugh.
There, fixed it a little bit. :-)
Seriously, WTH? You're winning, dude. Don't cave now!

I wondered how long it would take for some “moderate” rino’s to start folding.
Not long.

What the HECK is wrong with these Republicans? Why can’t the Wisconsin Republicans just tell the Dems that they are willing to compromise, get them into session, then “gunnysack” them? The D’s would do no less.

Yea and if compromising doesn’t work then Moderates surrender the fight. Moderates almost always bring the GOP defeat in time of almost certain victory. They just can’t help themselves.

Does the article give a date for the phone interview? This idea was floated before the Rats fled and last I heard that little act has unified the Republicans.

Right, because in 2013 every taxpayer in Wisconsin will have millions of dollars and will be able to subsidize hefty salaries and pensions for state government drones. Sen. Dale is a prime example of why the current-day GOP sucks as much as it does.

There’s always one, at least.

Absolutely right. The Democrats have achieved what they have achieved by a combination of corruption and gall. Someone needs to get in their face and tell them exactly and precisely what kind of schmucks they really are.
I mean, other than Sarah Palin.
