Barry was too busy partying at his White House Motown party to notice Libya. After he finally sobers up today he inexplicably declares a national emergency. A U.S. national emergency? A Libyan national emergency? Seems he thinks he can declare an emergency then go back upstairs for nap. On second thought maybe he hasn’t sobered up yet.
NATIONAL EMERGENCY? In a letter to Boehner SOH? Just exactly what is Zero up to?

I get the sense that he’s doing something illegal here, under the guise of national emergency. Thats why he sent a letter to Boehner. Can the Executive, do this? Unilaterally sanction another country
