ATLANTA (AP) -- A spokesman for former House Speaker Newt Gingrich says the former House speaker will begin raising money to test whether a bid for the GOP presidential nomination is feasible.
Rick Tyler told The Associated Press Wednesday night that Gingrich is entering the exploratory phase of a presidential candidancy.
