If Romney is the nominee, it will be the final death knell to the Republican Party.........

Same applies if it is Huckster.

And the fools will thin themselves while they hear the glad shouts of a good many patriots.

Lots of Mormon bigotry. The one person who comes off well is Christie. No sign of DeMint.

“I would take the worst candidate on this list before Obama.”

I would take a blindly thrown dart into the Bronx phone directory over Obama.

I wonder why DeMint isn’t on that list.

“Since when is “Mormon” code for “unelectable”, by the way? I don’t think anyone cares that Huntsman or Romney are Mormons. Hell, I don’t think anyone cares about them regardless.”

The word “flip-flopper” in that list is by far the reason most people of all political stripes completely distrust Mitt Romney.

That said, someone running for president, especially as a Republican, pretty much requires the dedicated Christian vote. Opinions of Mormonism and its validity as a religion vary greatly.

Sadly, when presented with that list as the selection, some 80% go for ‘other’.

The GOP seems to be wanting another ‘throw-away’ for 2012 in hopes that they can field someone better in 2016. It could be a repeat of 1996 or 2008.

==

Every 4 years we hope to see the cream rise to the top of the GOP, and all we actually get is skimmed milk.

Hardly any on the varying list of around 18 GOP wannabes are more than 2%. The field is just not inspiring.

Gingrich?
Romney?
Huckabee?
Pawlenty?
Barbour?
Christie?
Daniels?
J Bush?

etc.

None of them come even close to causing a ‘we we’ up someone’s leg [reference to Chris Matthews].

Rupert Murdoch—the “Right Wing” Soros—has his heart set on a President Huckster.
As long as he is running we have to treat Fox News no different than any other MSM outlet—at least when their reporters "report" and pundits "pontificate" about the presidential race-Murdoch’s enforcer Roger Ailes WILL be obeyed.

Many Evangelicals who consider Mormons “false Christians” will NOT vote for a Mormon and that hurts Romney in the general...magritte

Rush wants guests that make him look good. The Rush Limbaugh show is about The Rush Limbaugh show.

He has Gingrich on as well, who has screwed us over royally.

Money speaks louder than hype.

You seriously believe DeMint is going through these motions just to ENDORSE someone?

No. He will run. If he was in play now? He would only draw attention by libtards who would seek to start the smears.

(As if there are any)

Uhhh... belonging to an organization that didn't allow blacks to join until 1978 makes you unelected able. The media will be all over that. Jeremiah Wright double standard.

Like the media ever needs an excuse to attack Republicans anyway. Come on.

Because he hasn’t officially (or unofficially) announced.

But just wait - he is biding his time.
