Israel’s military announced Saturday that five people from the West Bank settlement of Itamar were killed by a Palestinian. The news prompted a Saturday morning statement from the White House press secretary Jay Carney condemning the killings.
Here’s the full statement: “We condemn in the strongest possible terms the murder of five Israelis in a terrorist attack in the northern West Bank, and we offer our condolences to their loved ones and to the Israeli people. There is no possible justification for the killing of parents and children in their home. We call on the Palestinian Authority to unequivocally condemn this terrorist attack and for the perpetrators of this heinous crime to be held accountable.”
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton also decried the “inhuman crime,” calling on the murderers of the appalling attack be brought to justice.

The perpetrators of the massacre in the West Bank community entered a family home late Friday and slit the throats of three children and their parents while they were sleeping.
I hope the condemnation was on pretty stationary to give it more ‘oomph.’

What would it take to get through to Secretary Clinton and the other dolts at the State Department to make them understand that if it's necessary to "call on the Palestinian Authority" to do what would otherwise be second nature for any decent and civilized government representing a decent and civilized people, then you are dealing with murderous thugs and barbarians in a completely futile and meaningless attempt to achieve an unachievable "peace"?

Here’s the thing... Neither the article nor the WH mention the three newly orphaned children. YES. there were three left behind. One (12 yr old) was not home at the time of the attack, and the other two (ages 2 and 6) were overlooked by the attackers.
