The boss of the company behind the devastated Japanese nuclear reactor today broke down in tears - as his country finally acknowledged the radiation spewing from the over-heating reactors and fuel rods was enough to kill some citizens

Japan's Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency admitted that the disaster was a level 5, which is classified as a crisis causing 'several radiation deaths' by the UN International Atomic Energy.

Gee what a surprise government lied? This is WHY you do not trust the Government to tell you the truth. They are only look out for their own interest first.

I'm still perplexed why so many freepers had the audacity to trash The Drudge Report and believe the government line.

For the people who still do not understand this. When someone or something keeps changing their story... they are not telling you the truth. Duh!!! I have no doubt we will NEVER be told the true story from the government. The truth, like anything else, is usualy hidden in plain view.

So many freepers are knee-jerkers.

The Greens are against it?
It must be good then. I shall defend automatically no matter what.

You can be pro-nuclear energy and demand safety by holding the bastards accountable.

The media will lie to you as well, the only sure way is to educate yourself.

We are Americans...we expect the government to lie.

I would trust the Japanese gov't more than our own.

What I've noticed is that many of our reporters are questioning their government...but never suggest our own might be lying...when we know they are!

I guess they have to talk about something...and there is no looting or Sean Penn.

The news media will not be satisfied until someone dies.

BINGO!

I’m still pro nuclear energy and this will not sway my opinion about it. Nevertheless, I’m not going to pretend that there is nothing to worry about here.

Oh I know the Rat media and press are full of it too. They are NOTHING but a lap dog to the government. You just have to be good at filtering out the B.S. to get to the truth.

I’ll tell you this though. The Drudge Report tends to be correct most of the time. I’ve caught a few thing here and there, but it’s not like the media or government that rarely tell you the truth. Hate to say it because it hurts. Nonetheless, the truth needs to be said.

The news media for the most part are worthles! They are a big part of what is wrong with our country. They are no longer the watch dog of the people but a lap dog to the government. It’s sickening the way they worship Obama.

Still not seeing any readings along with distance from source/location

In other words, I still don’t believe what I’m reading

LOL! I don’t blame you..

One thing for sure we sure are getting a lot of different messages. It’s kind of like Obama’s birth certificate.

Riiight. Finally. Like it's certain they knew for certain at the beginning.

The press wouldn't mention all their “sky is falling” wordage if the sky didn't fall-—unless the Japanese had played into it at which time they'd have been blamed for over reacting.

“When someone or something keeps changing their story... they are not telling you the truth. Duh!!!”

Of course. They can’t be mistaken. Developing events and new information can’t trip them up.

Never say anything till everything is over, you have every bit of information, and have had time to analyze it. And maybe not then. Especially when the situation is fluid.

Make a mistake, get misunderstood, and you’ll be a “liar”.

So, exactly who has died from the incident??? The leakage certainly has the POSSIBILITY of killing someone if proper precautions aren't taken, but thus far....nobody dead from anything nuclear (i.e. radiation dosage).

You may think the government lacks credibility, but the media is even less truthful.
