With all the great Mexican food in San Antonio, this guy is ordering a boatload at Taco Bell??!!!

He might have a decent basis for an insanity defense.

Well, it *is* San Antonio.

I swear that town marches to the beat of a different drummer that most of us can’t even hear.

Eating seven Taco Bell Beefy Crunch Burritos would be serious punishment for most of us.

Three charges of attempted capital murder...over $3.50 + tax.

If Texas fries this guy, think he’ll want seven Beefy Crunch Burritos as a last meal?

I wonder how many times he pulled out his gun at the gas station!
“I thought gas was $2.95 a gallon.” Then the shooting begins....

Both sides began firing, Benavides said, but no one was hit.

..do some officers need to spend more time on the range?

Both sides began firing, Benavides said, but no one was hit. However, one of the windshields on a patrol car was shattered. This is the true outrage of the story. Those officers should be suspended, and assigned 50 hours of range/course practice before being out back on the street. Remember that guy in FL that police shot 289 rounds at before killing him? Totally unacceptable.

I’ll say this for it, it’s the best argument I’ve heard yet...

I am thinking that everyone got off lucky — if he had eaten SEVEN Taco Bell burritos they may have had a biological attack of epic proportions.
