Ann Coulter: If Christy Doesn’t Run He’s A Jerk. Matthews: Republican Field Of Dog Pound

It’s a “twofer” my little mobsters. Ann has never been one to mince words, which is why we love her so much. The simple fact is she could very well be right. Chris Matthews on the other hand is squealing with delight. Video below the fold.

Ann Coulter appeared last night with Sean Hannity mostly to talk about Donald Trump and his chances in the presidential sweepstakes. Coulter doesn’t think much of Trump, nor does she think much of the rest of the presidential field. And that includes Obama. My guess is she feels pretty much the same way most of you do to, my little mobsters. But isn’t it a little harsh to label Gov. Chris Christy a jerk if he decides not to run? Or if the nation is really at stake, is she right on the money?

[Noonan and Coulter look at Palin and what she has accomplished in life and they scream, “Lord, why not me?”]

Coulter has no kids, Palin has 5. I don’t believe Coulter has been married. There is a point where bitterness sets in.

I never did ‘worry about her’.

I worry about the country.

I have never worried about whether Palin would run, either she will run because God has called her to run, or she will not run.

She could still chose to run, but she could never win without that blessing.

If God does not call out a leader, I have little hope for the survival of the Republic, or Israel either.

Note that this forum has largely been occupied by libertarians, or at least self proclaimed conservatives that don’t seem to think social issues matter.

Every talking head on Hannity last night decried the brutality of France for taking a stand against Burkas. They are either blinded to the truth, or willfully ignorant of the danger of Islam.

“Maybe someone should be telling Ms Coulter about making room for other women in politics besides Margret Thatcher who is dead.”

Margaret Thatcher is not dead. She is in her 80s and her health is declining. Jeanne Kirkpatrick is dead, and those two strong and magnificent women are often confused for their roles in international affairs and the Cold War often overlapped and supported the other.

I worried what Mrs. Palin as GOP nominee would mean for this country. But I can see now I was fretting over nothing.

I, personally, believe that a well rounded life produces a well rounded politician....someone who has held jobs meeting payrolls has a better understanding of our economic system....while someone who lives their lives in the DC fishbowl of national politics has no idea of the values and concerns of middle America.....and so on.

So, in a way, Ann has no experience close to Sarah’s....whether jealousy is involved or not is none of my business........while a value Ann as a commentator and author, I do not look to her for all my opinions. She is free to make her own....which have been different from mine for some time now. I won’t even bother discussing piggy noonan’s lack of insight or pettiness. She is truly disturbing.

Sarah is her own person.....and most represents ME of the 3 of them.

I do not think it is the pedigree, it is just that Ann views Palin as an intellectual light weight. Ann has a undergraduate degree from Cornell and graduated from Michigan law school, one of the top law schools in the country.

It took approximately six years for Palin to earn her undergraduate degree in journalism (and after several transfers) from University of Idaho.

Huh? What’s that got to do with politics and conservative beliefs? I don’t recall Ann ever running a state. Like I said, vichey.

Earlier in thread, but no matter.

This is like a chick brawl by proxy.

Coulter is smart, cheeky, goes for the throat, speaks her mind, and like all of us has some issues.

She is the one who needs to not be so dismissive of political minds which may not know what McCarthy said during his meals in 1958, but yet have a real shot at changing America's future back to something great.

Ann is not a leader of people. She has that degree of intelligence that makes her impatient and turse, without the empathy which she sees as wasted time and energy. I have a daughter who is super smart like that. She scares people. She's in law school.

Which is to say ‘elitist’.

I agree. That is an aspect of AC which I do not care for.

First impressions count, and that is the impression most Americans have of Sarah....she is an “intellectual lightweight”. It is sad, as I do not think a lofty ivy league school diploma means diddly in the overall scheme of things. And the truth is for many Americans, finishing school in four years is only for the elite with big $$. Are we that snobby?

The Republican field is a “dog pound”???

Well, at least we know the pedigree of our candidates, i.e. I am sure they each can produce real birth certificates and college transcripts. And say the word “corps” correctly….

One of the problems with talking too much is that after a while you make comments that suck

How elequently spoken. Bravo, with your non-sucky comment!

I’m convinced Mrs. Palin will not be the GOP nominee.

Ok, Huck The Magnificent. You clearly can see the future better than us.

Ann has that bull dog tenacity common in good lawyers......Sarah, on the other hand, reaches people souls. We trust her with our future. Ann could never get votes in a political election........Sarah can. They each have their purpose in life and have found it.

Maybe her whole life was a lie, or maybe the fake homo husband she had warped her soul, only she knows for sure.

When technically he was a fake hetero. He is a real homo.

And Arianna should change her name to Mrs Olivah Douglass.
