Since tho police have stated it was a woman, I agree.
There are transgenders who look this feminine, however.

Doesn't look like a cross-dresser to me.I watched the video a couple of times without the audio and concentrated on the victims physique. There is a moment where the victim is standing with their back to the camera and she/he sure looks like a guy from the back, broad shoulders, larger arms, looks like a skinny guy. A another shot shows him/her with their shirt almost pulled up, looks like a guy. Definitely, does not have women hips either.
Of course, that still doesn't justify what these two POS did to her/he
