I did not notice the old woman baing assaulted and injured. Also kind of puzzling why one of the perps turned herself in and squealed on her partner-in-crime.

It sounds as if the older lady was punched in the face and had some redness around the right eye, but refused treatment. They did also identify her as a victim.
Also sounds as if the primary victim was just attempting to use the bathroom and the two perps got territorial. Also, listening to the video the victim who got beat didn’t sound at all masculine when she was yelling “stop”.
Cpl Coscia has circled that the investigation is complete. I am not so sure about that....
The two animals who committed this crime ought to be doing very hard time and the McDonalds staff who stood by should also be prosecuted and fired.

Will the charges be upgraded from 2nd degree assault?
In the video, two women begin attacking another woman, punching and kicking her and at one point dragging her across the floor by her hair. The person who takes credit for the filming of the incident is 22-year-old Vernon Hackett.
According to the Smoking Gun, Hackett originally uploaded the video to his YouTube page and was responded to angry comments about the incident on his Facebook page.
“I didn’t cause tha fight….I had nuthin to do with tha fight, I just recorded it….Everybody Sending me messages Because of Tha Race And Everybody Thinks This is A Female….ITS NOT….HE WAS A MALE IN THA BATHROOM WITH THOSE TWO GIRLS NWHEN TOLD TO GET OUT AND USE THA MALE BATHROOM HE GOT SMART WITH EVERYBODY”
TSG also reports that Hackett has deleted both his YouTube and Facebook accounts as of Friday.
The two attackers were a 14-year-old, who will be charged as a juvenile and an 18-year-old has assault charges pending, reports the Baltimore Sun.
