I live in Sarasota. It is a beautiful community, THEN, there is Newtown. They are emboldemed and more dangerous then ever. TRUST ME- I know the inside scoop.....FYI, the TEEN, or ASPIRING RAP STAR, Or STAR ATHLETE, was just arrested two weeks prior for shooting up a rivals car.......I use those descriptions, because that is how our local liberal paper describes every one of the NEWTOWN thugs. We are in big BIG trouble. This is not the way of life in Sarasota....but, they are emboldened with the black panther running the justice dept.
We will be moving to the N GA mountains in the next several months. Its like heaven on earth. Absolutely no culteral diversity.
I know Sarasota quite well. Its a gorgeous place. It’s too bad that you have this trash on your doorstep. It’s obvious how they have been emboldened by Holder and 0. There is no way I will vote for another black for president.
Not that I'm aware of. It's a tourist and retirement community, AFAIK.
..why didn't these guys have a ride....especially with relatives close by?....Longboat Key is not within easy walking distance to Sarasota.
Story says they were drinking in downtown Sarasota and walked out from there looking for a place to get a late meal. If they were looking for an IHOP, it's probably the one on 301 just north of downtown.
LK is a LONG community, depending on where on the Key they were staying, it could be relatively short (4 miles) or a rather long hike from downtown. Like 10 or 12 miles.

Ladies and Gentleman, if someone pulls a gun on you, do what they say EXCEPT don’t go where they tell you to go. Going to a more private location is not going to increase your chances of living. They either have the intent to kill or they do not. Offer your belongings but refuse to go anywhere. I know that is harder to do than say, but it can save your life.
Off topic but yes, Wegmans is amazing. It’s the only thing ill miss if I fulfill my dream of moving to Florida.

I don’t know that he hates whitey so much as he just doesn’t consider whitey to be human. It’s dangerous to be black in these neighborhoods as well. The murder rate for other blacks is sky high. Only fellow gang members are not targets.
I think he was also "taught" in government schools by your tax dollars and white teachers. Lets not leave out the media (movies, TV, magazines etc)Its part of the "group think" aka brain washing that we get as being part of black America...

I’ve seen African and Caribbean blacks — naturally libertarian, self-responsible and independent — get overwhelmed by the toxic culture of hate in the American Black community. It’s hard to stand up for Liberty over Cultural Hate-ery when you are a kid in school wholly surrounded by it, you get sucked into it.
Clarence Thomas types are rare.
He was a country boy and he quit school at age 13 to drive a rice field tractor. He was very smart and he could have gone far but he died in the same place he had always lived doing what he had always done, farm work.
It came to public consciousness with Gangsta rap, but was closely related to the down side of the 60's Black Consciousness movement. Malcolm X, a fervent black nationalist is spinning in his grave as he see what has become of his children and grand children! He spoke about personal responsibility, moral rectitude and not being a victim. However at the time his message did not quite fit the liberal paradigm so it of course got watered down and twisted to suite their needs...
So if you want to see real examples of black culture look at Herman Cain or Rep. Allen West. And of course you will see the house ni**ers and the media go after them (and any other black that gets too far from the plantation!) See the goal for liberalism is to turn all America into Black America so that they can secure political power forever...

I don't think so; they'll see it as further evidence that the crazy Americans have access to too many guns.
