That’s the date the format of the document itself was revised not the date that Obama’s birth data was revised.
Hawaii laser prints the border, seal, and field headings on the green paper themselves. When they purchase the green security paper, it doesn’t come out of the box with their chosen border, seal, and field headings pre-printed for them by the paper manufacturer.
So when the DoH makes changes to any of those printed items, they change the Revision date at the bottom of the document to reflect when those changes were made.

Assuming he was born here, why should he? From his point of view, he has already submitted the documents to prove his eligibility. Why does he have to prove it again just to satisfy those who don't support him anyway? Why not let our side obsess over this issue as we did in 2008 with HUSSIEN-WRIGHT-AYERS?
Pursue this issue if you must, but we need to concentrate on the issue most Americans care about, the economy. We lost in 2008 because we were busy screaming HUSSIEN-WRIGHT-AYERS while ignoring the economy, which we could have won on. Let's not make that mistake again.
