If Paul really thinks he has a chance to win why doesn't he resign his House seat to run? I don't consider him serious if he's running for two seats at once, like he did in 1988 and 2008.
He did not run for the House in 1984, 1988, 1990, 1992, or 1994 but has since 1996.
