No, he wasn’t named Barry, he used Barry as a shortned, anglicized form of Barack until Barack served him better.

You are way off on this one. Sure, Dutch traders went through Kenya, just like Portuguese traders did, but Kenya was not colonized by Europeans until the Imperial British East Africa Company arrived in 1887; the British government itself took over in 1895 when it formed the East Africa Protectorate, and Kenya was a British colony continuously until independence in 1962. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Kenya#Colonial_history Kenyan law is not based on Dutch law; Kenyan law is based on the English Common Law: http://www.usig.org/countryinfo/kenya.asp
Just because Dutch-descended Boers in South Africa used the term “Afrikan” as a racial term does not mean that the use of “African” as a racial term in Kenya is a legacy of Dutch colonialism.
Birther have been exposed for knowing that Obama did not release his birth certificate and the very release of that document today proved the birthers right and their critics wrong. Period!
It’s time to talk about the economy.
“Why is her name listed as Stanley Ann Dunham Obama?? Were they married?
And why is her name printed as Stanley Ann Dunham, but her signature is Stanley Ann Dunham Obama?
How do we find marriage records/name change records from Hawaii in 1961?”
—Interesting observation. They were supposedly married in Feb., 1961 I believe but I haven’t seen an official record of it.
And why is her name printed as Stanley Ann Dunham, but her signature is Stanley Ann Dunham Obama?
Line 13 is "Full Maiden Name of Mother".
Wrong. Minor didn’t TRY to deal with NBC, because that wasn’t an issue.
WKA did deal with the issue, and as you point out, decided that a person born with two alien parents is indeed a natural born citizen, and thus a citizen. They used the same argument as was used in the case I cited from 1844 (and which they cited with approval).
The 1844 case goes into greater detail, showing the colonies that used natural born subject in their laws prior to the Revolution changed them to natural born citizen after the Revolution, and thus the meaning of NBS carries over into the meaning of NBC.
I suggest we make the commercials anyway.
If it turns out to be a false document, is Obama or his minions going to go to the press saying “They are lying about Larkin, we didn’t produce the BC.”
“Incorrect.
You get US citizenship at birth if you are born in this country, regardless of where the parents are from.”
Not in 1961. Laws have changed since but in 1961 the laws were different.
Invalid question. Of course printers don’t print white. That’s not the point. Think of it this way. Where there is supposed to be white, a printer will not print black ink.
RE: Harp Seals
Where’s my baseball bat!?!
Cheers
The only way they could convince me this is a real BC is if it says born in Kenya & nursed on the tit of a Jackal!
And the marriage documents are where?
So why were you saying in your original reply that I was wrong? I only have one alien parent who was born in the Philippines when it was an American territory.
Is that normal for PDFs to do that in a redraw?
Nope, it is still a fake
That's the crux of the issue. I too feel that was their intent. I hope SCOTUS rules on that once and for all and the states keep pursuing the eligibility bills so this mess doesn't happen down the road.
