Is this the same document put out before which was proven and admitted to, to be a forgery? Compare and contrast the two documents. Are they identical?

I don’t think they had security paper in those days. I think this is faked. My birth certificate is a microfiche. The background is black and the writing is white.
I wonder what the purpose is of those faint hand-written numbers that appear in some of the boxes after the typed information.

Actually, back in 1961, it would have been listed as either Negro or Colored. We didn’t start saying “Black” until the very late 60s or early 70s.

I think the birth certificate is asking the wrong questions. Therefore, release the LFBC and then dismiss any other questions.
The questions I would like to see answered are:
1. Have you ever travelled on a passport from another country?
2. Did you ever indicate another citizenship (even a dual citizenship) on any college applications?
3. Have you ever represented yourself as anything other than a citizen of the US at any time of your life?
I think it is possible that he held dual Indonesian citizenship through his youth. That would not be his fault—what kid can control that stuff. But if he took advantage of that to gain an upper hand, or if he used a foreign passport after the age of 18 that could be problematic.
But those questions will never be answered. This game is over. Move on to try to win the match.

Isn’t it the focus on his drunken fahter’s citizenship and not the mother’s. She was born in Kansas but the drunk was born in Kenya.
