I was a boy of about 7 in 1961, and I was an avid reader of the family encyclopedias (we had both World Book and Britannica), and I seem to recall from reading these that the term of racial classification that was in contrast to Caucasian was Negroid. African was not racial, it was geographical in nuance, and would not likely have been used to describe a parent’s race per se.

O.K. everyone. It seems that scanning software WILL break an document scan into different postscript elements, hence the various layers appearing in Acrobat, or various elements in Illustrator. I just did my own test on our copier at work which will scan a document and send it as a PDF. I scanned a printed version of my bus schedule and had it emailed to myself as a PDF. Opening the PDF in Illustrator allows me to move certain elements of the document around, despite the fact it is a scan of a printed document. As much as I’d like the layering and Illustrator elements be proof of a forgery, I’m afraid it’s a dead end.

“Abstract” indicates that part of it was left out. An abstract legal document has been edited or condensed. Note the twins BCs do not use the term Abstract in their stamp.

The .pdf document was created on a Mac on 4-27-2011 at 12:09:24 Z and it does not indicate the machine name it was created on.
BTW, moving the elements around is not the issue.
The issue is NOT about mixed and matched. I did not even try to move things around. It shows a CLEAR manipulation just by viewing it. You can see it when you zoom in.

The proffered COLB proves that Obama is not a constitutional Natural Born Citizen because of his foreign citizen father. Natuarl Born Citizenship is the Human equivilent of a canine’s pedigree papers.
Just like a canine, if both of your parents are also purebreds of the same breed, you are a purebred yourself. Obama’s foreign father makes him a mutt, and ineligible to compete in the arena or to be “Best in Show” (President)
Submitting a COLB showing parents of different citizenship disqualifies Obama from holding the Office of the President.
Whoever they paid to do this is gonna show up dead somewhere..
