I don't consider myself to be a "birther," but I am not a fool either.
The document that Obama released today says that it is an "abstract" of the record on file.
In law, an "abstract" is defined as "a brief statement that contains the most important points of a long legal document or of several related legal papers."
So it's not the actual form.
Also, it's printed on modern computer paper.
And it's dated "April 25 2011."
The number is out of sequence as well.
Larry Sinclair's father!
CONSPIRACY and FAGGOTRY!
race of father? African?
I believe that the April 25, 2011 date is when it was photo copied.
Would not such an exercise settle the issue?
Anyone here born around 1961 know if that type of paper was used around that time?
Did you notice in box 5b how the M in P.M. in reduced yet the other M’s on the page are all equally sized to the surrounding font.
(9)I cannot imagine the British (in the 60s) permitting the use of the word African to describe the race of white people born in Kenya, Africa.
Shouldn’t the occupation in 17a be listed as Student?
Where is Dan Rather????????!
OK, now where’s the Obama/Dunham marriage certificate?
not possible to get that from any government entity (public transparent thorough).
Does this mean that Obama and Michelle can go to the Royals Wedding now? /s
Note please the signature of the local registrar for Obama is different than that of the twins, who were sopposedly born in the same hospital within days of Obama. How can there be TWO local registrars? The local resitrar on Obama’s BC is one word Uklle?
The WH says it sent a letter last week to the HI DOH requesting the long form, or certificate of live birth vs. the previously released certification of live birth. If you request your own long form, the certification of its authenticity at the bottom would be dated the day the copy is issued.
And, your certificate of live birth (long form) would be on official paper with whatever watermark is used in that jurisdiction, It would also contain virtually the same language about its being ‘a true and correct reproduction or abstract of the original...’ That’s the standard in any jurisdiction in issuing a copy of one’s birth certificate.
Successful Rope-A-Dope by The Donald.
Thank you - I began to question the ‘watermark’ on the paper...you’re way ahead. Looks like computer generated wallpaper.
On to the college records..hell, how about a high school yearbook photo. Travel records to Pakistan? Passport? Selective Service registration?
I have done some research(legal books and online), and I have not been able to ID the phrase “certificate of live birth.” I have not found a source that uses it, they all use “birth certificate”; and, if you are requesting a record from a state agency, the request form may say “birth record.” I had never heard the term, “certificate of live birth” before the Kenyan made his ascent.
Why would they go through the trouble to issue an “abstract” on an old typewriter (or at least try to make it look that way)? They used computer paper which is modern but dropped the letters “u” and “n” in some words like a manual typewriter. Why would they try to fool us on the type but use modern computer paper? We must look pretty stupid to these people.
And on the bottom of is missing ... Where is the Director of Health’s signature? Where is the Registrar General signature?
Where’s the state seal?? Mine has a seal!!
Im looking at mine now “Certified Copy of an Original Document” Certified as an exact reproduction by the State Registrar . . with the date of certification and the DOH SEAL
It’s all handwritten, the DR. signed it the next day and recd by registrar 7 days later. Just FYI. The seal is visible both front and back side and also to the touch on both sides.
The local registrar played the ukulele??
Any idea why the old typewriter font appears on the modern security paper?
*Trickery* and *Deceit* are both bogus.
My sister, born in Cleveland in 1956 has a certificate of live birth
What is written above the first name of his mother on this latest forgery?
The document can be examined for authenticity
Their divorce judgment is online. Why do you think they weren’t married? I don’t think the marriage was legal since he was already married to a woman in Kenya, though. But they still got a divorce.
This is clearly not a copy of his original long-form birth certificate.
And lots of posters on here today saying this issue is now dead. I suggest they grow a brain.
The “M” is pre-printed, like “19” used to be, in documents requiring a date. You’d just fill in the last two digits of the year.
“M” for meridian; ante or post needs filling in.
Africa is a continent not a RACE.
There are Caucasians in Africa along with Negros.
The mother is supposed to be in HI to sign this doc on 8/7/61, yet she is placed in Washington state roughly one maybe two weeks later.
In 1961 that would be virtually impossible, especially with a newborn.
Actually I’m looking at mine now and it does say “Standard Certificate of Live Birth” Issued in another jurisdiction and before 1961. As I noted earlier, it does bear a visible and touchable seal of certification as copy of an original and with the day of certification.
I believe the information from the original abstract is transferred to the computer paper but the font looks like 60s era typeface to me. At any rate, I think it’s legit and am ready to move on. Let’s have Obama explain how since his father was not a citizen, he is a natural-born citizen.
The Smoking Gun News has the registrar as “Ukulele”.
Other problems listed on the The Smoking Gun
It appears the “M” you are referring to is preprinted on the page so the person filling out paperwork merely fills in A or P to indicate time of birth.
I guess this is what Barry considers compromise.
We want the original released. He doesn’t. The compromise is a version that is not the original.
We still want the actual, original birth certificate released. Not a fax, not a photocopy, not an ‘abstract’. We want the exact original birth certificate.
Why? Because you’ve spent two million in court keeping it sealed. That’s why. We don’t trust the copy or abstract. considering the first one was doctored we can’t trust anything but the actual original
What’s funny is that there’s no difference between The Smoking Gun’s satire and the stupid crap you read here.
It won’t settle the issue for these people any more than forensics settled the 9/11 Truthers issues or the “Moon landing was actually in Arizona” believers.
FWIW, the “Obama” in that signature doesn’t look like Stanely Ann’s signature, to me. The rest may be. The “Obama” looks like a drop in. The “(Stanley)” is too small for me to tell. The “Ann Dunham” could pass as legit.
