Judges even do not know the Constitution. Just look at the crazy rulings. Like the muddleheaded,loony Judge Clark Waddups. Maybe he had been smoking something but he said that it is unconstitutional for police to ask if a person is a non-citizen.
I tried to find out what he looks like and something about his background but have not found anything.

Amy has a very well developed self esteem if she is addressing adults like this. Especially a lawyer. When she is a stupid high school kid who has not been to law school!

About the only thing she could do which would not blow up in her face is to offer to host a discussion with the lil’ commie and other students. Maybe one of the youths she has been a foster parent to.

I concur, Bachman won’t risk being bested by a high school student. I personally admire the girl’s challenge, it was well written and she clearly explains her reasons for issuing the challenge.
