Maryland is full of police radar speed gun traps and unmarked patrol cars looking to drivers to nail and even the marked cars are black with the ‘pull over’ lights designed stealthy so drivers dont recognize them till it's too late. I also watch for cars behind me that are speeding faster than me to see if they look like police.
Even with all of that I conclude that drivers that get pulled over are not paying attention. Most of the time I can spot the police pretty easy. If I approach one I stay behind them, or for fun move to their blind zone. Same with red light cameras which stand out in appearance.
Driving while talking on a hand held cell phone is now illegal here too.
face it, runnin down the highway, yer one of theherd, and the reality is that the cop picks and chooses who the winners and losers are of lifes revenue lottery everytime the park on the side of the road...
the last fat bastard that wrote me was breakin a sweat just walkin from his cruiser...maybe he was feelin guilty for runnin an 1/8 mile strip from one end of the road to the other, back and forth, on Easter Sunday...prick...
