The mainstream press is looking on in horror as each of their “acceptable Republican candidates” (Gingrich, Huckabee, Romney, and even Trump) either declines to run or self destructs.
Deep in their guts they know that Palin is going to be the last one standing and that they have already expended their ammo; yet still she survives. All she has to do now is announce her candidacy and she immediately becomes the front-runner.

Bret Baier aired this on his show last night and the panel also referrenced it in their discussion of Newt’s trip up.
The panel unanimously opined that Newt is now toast.

Nope, the anti-0bama candidate must be a “fighter-statesman” this time.
The moderates will have to decide whether what the candidate says is true or not, and not just decide on who is “least offensive”.
