A New Jersey high school with a 70-year tradition of hosting graduation ceremonies in a historic auditorium is standing firm against legal threats from the American Civil Liberties Union, which claims the event violates the separation of church and state because of the Christian-owned site's religious displays. this is just stupid
It’s worse than stupid. It’s worse than criminal.
next they’ll sue to change the name of the school.
If the school is indeed “standing firm” I think that’s GREAT!!! The American people need to do MUCH MORE OF THAT in the face of the leftist assault against our practices and liberty. It’s a disgrace that so many pusses give in rather than telling leftists—including leftist, activist judges—to go to hell!!

I’m all for starting a new organization with the sole purpose of keeping the ACLU from being so successful by constantly threatening to sue anyone with whom they disagree.
This organization would collect small sums from millions of contributors and every time the ACLU even whispered the word ‘sue’ it would swoop in and tell the ACLU, “Bring it on!”
So much of the ill wind they cause to blow is really just hot air. If everyone they threatened to sue took them up on the offer they would soon be out of business.
I would call it “Screw You, ACLU” and if the ACLU showed their hand but didn’t threaten a law suit I would have this group sue them!
Pennsylvania’s state high school music finals were held inside a beautiful chapel/auditorium at one of the state’s Bible colleges. I hear nary a peep about this.
