There were 2 betrayals of Israel in Zero's speech.

He said:

"two wrenching and emotional issues will remain: the future of Jerusalem, and the fate of Palestinian refugees."

So he is leaving open the issue of a Palestinian right of return to Israel. By doing so he gives Israel absolutely no reason to agree to a Palestinian state. This is an even greater departure and betrayal than the 1967 borders.

heard Obama’s speech yesterday in which he is calling for Israel to pull back to its pre-1967 borders. Obama claimed to speak for the American people—that is a bald-faced lie. America has been a friend to Israel since its formation; our Founding Fathers had great respect for ‘the people of the book’ and Obama’s call for Israel to shrink her borders is inconsistent with the will of the American people. Obama is clearly siding with the Muslims as he has consistently done since he took office. It is past time for Congress to wake up and impeach this unamerican poser who currently calls himself President. He continues to bring nothing but shame and reproach upon America and needs to be removed from office.

Good article. I think the guy who said judgement day would be on Saturday was off a couple days. It was yesterday when the POTUS lit the fuse that will lead to Armageddon...
I also agree with 3722535r that Obama claims to be a christian, but seems to put more stock in the Koran than the Bible. He doesn’t believe in the promises of God evidently. I think he’s even more arrogant now since bin laden was taken and is now playing god himself, thinking he can change even rock solid prophecy. He’s not the Antichrist, (unless Kenya is or was @ one time part of the Holy Roman Empire...Joking) But he is playing right into Antichrist’s hands, who is alive and well and waiting in the wings. Sorry now for changing the subject, but how old is the current Pope? Many popes in the past including the recently departed John Paul said that the Pope who succeeds our current pope will be in league with the Antichrist.

This is all a bunch of wasted time and energy. Israel isn’t going back to the 1967 borders under any circumstances. The USA isn’t going to play hardball to make them, and of course shouldn’t. This was just something for Obama to say to “reach out” to the Muslims. He gets praise from the Left for being “courageous”, which was the point all along. He will suffer no consequences from American Jewish voters/donors. It’s a win-win for him.
