BTW, and I’ve been out of the Navy for awhile, I don’t think that’s a Navy uniform. I’m not sure where he got that. I imagine that a real officer would wear either khakis of dress blues to such an event.

Those look like coveralls to me. And yeah you don’t wear them out. It’s a working uniform.

Is that a Coast Guard uniform? I have seen Coast Guard people in similiar looking blue uniforms, but fat boy’s uniform might be black.

The only uniforms I have ever seen SEALs wear is either BDUs, khakis, or Dress Uniform. To something like a school visit, I would expect khakis. To an awards ceremony, I’d expect Dress Uniform, regardless of venue.
