My ‘99 DeVille has a five star crash rating. I want to be cremated when I die, I just don’t want to be cremated to death.

Having hardly any of them on the road makes them very safe.

What’s the accident rate per million customer miles? Will we live long
enough for the vehicle to accumulate a million passenger miles?

Seems like a clear conflict of interest that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is the one handing out the safety rating.

Welcome to the old Soviet Union.

They have a very low accident record because they either haven’t been manufactured or assembled yet or they are sitting in a showroom window.

It’s not as if they are selling like i-Pods.

Wunderbama’s car. Of course it got a great rating.

You know, I am reminded of another leader who made a “People’s Car”.

Yes, it’s safe, it’s not selling so they’re all parked on dealers’ lots.

My in-laws bought one of these. Right after they installed solar panels. If they do it right, they now drive off the grid.

That's excellent. Did they buy a few hundred thousand dollars worth of solar panels, or are they only planning on driving every month or two?

1. I don't believe it because of the conflict of interest.

2. Even if true, I wouldn't care. I am permanently boycotting GM and Chrysler because of the corruption and massive theft within the bailout. Both companies are dead to me. Forever.
